When you type dog park in the search box at the Steam workshop you will see several doggy parks.
Ah, so my question was misunderstandigly stated.
I remember there was a genuine dog park made by CO in the game - and it has disappered now. Or am I wrong?

Still there. In the parks & plaza menu. in between the Botanical garden and Paradox plaza
Ah... there is the problem. The Botanical garden has vanished, too. Ic have a lot of Assets from the Steam Workshop installed. Maybe there is a cap as to how many parks and plazas the game can handle?
Could be. You know what this means? The good old trial and error. Delete some assets and see whether the doggies return. Good luck!
I thought I had lost the dog park, but then discovered it had moved from it's original location to the very last slot. I did download some non-park assets that appear in the park menu and that seems to have initiated the move.
I had the same problem, thought it was a bug.
Maybe you did the same as me: started with a pirated version and bought the game later?
Those Items are only in the pre-order version, you can't get them anymore.
But the pirated game had them unlocked of course.
