Does the VNet Button Do anything?

I don't think it works, it just keeps on telling me that the mainserver is unreachable and to check my internet connection.

I'm always connected with my dsl line. Maybe paradox should check thier internet connection.

I'll offer my services to kick the server once in a while. This thing is a joke!

It does when the server is up.

However, the software for vnet was never properly finished and the development team for it vanished.

Shame really as this game ought to be MP 'radio rental'.

On the bright side with the current patch I wouldnt recommend playing MP at the moment anyway.

And it will get fixed, it always does, you just have to hang in.

Once vnet is fixed and MP is working properly someone let me know and I'll run MGC HOI.

Actually it SP that isn't worth playing with the current patch. And Valknet is up ever now and then...
Any EU2 players here? Was Valknet around during the EU2 release, and has it improved since then?

I wish there was a way so that individual people could setup HoI servers for others to play on.

Vnet was around during EU2 release. No its got worse as they dont put the servers up as much as they used to.

I wouldn't say it is impossible, but it would involve paying for a static ip.
