I've found that Suppression is far too effective, it is very easy to pin Infantry down and makes moving from one place to another a real pain. All they need is someone to fire at them with a couple of rifles. In reality if you were moving you would run to the nearest cover first, not faceplant the ground to be shot at some more (though if in an open field this would be acceptable), I've noticed this a lot in Urban combat, you just wouldn't take cover by lying on a flat road.
Also the Pinned Down effect seems to last way too long? Infantry seem to be still pinned down for 10 seconds after a firefight has finished. This may be realistic but this is a game and hinders the Infantry gameplay a lot, especially when your infantry are pinned down for exceedingly long periods of time out of cover where they are vulnerable.
