Does the Angevin kingdom forming stop Scotland from forming GB?

Haven't got access to my PC and am theorycrafting how to use the bonii/mission tree for GB while also having the Angevin ones. It's, not really viable or good, but I just somehow really like the notion of trying to see just how much you can stack on the British isles.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but Angevin Kingdom is an endgame tag so once you're it you can't really swap.

I don't think Angevin tag existing would stop a Scotland tag from forming Great Britain assuming it fulfills all the prerequisites.
