I was wondering if the AI does play with the DLCs that are enabled. Meaning that if I want my computer to have the full experience, I should enable, let's say, the Epirus pack, even if I go ahead and play a different nation?
Since the packs bring new events, does it change how the AI gets along? Or do only human players get to play with the DLC events.
I haven't had the time to try it myself, so I'm very much interested in your experiences.

If you don't have the DLCs, the AI won't have access to the events or mission trees added by that DLC. If you do, they do. So yes, if you want your computer players to have access to all the goodies, you do indeed need to enable said goodies for them.
