Does the AI finally offer to sell provinces?

It will sell non-core provinces that it cannot create a core on (as seen in quill's video).

Does it base who it sells the province to, on who is closest, their favoured nation, their favourite nation that borders the province, or randomly? They could have quite easily have sold it to England or France, but chose England. Would like to know what the AI is thinking.

A mix of relations, AI attitude and who will pay the most.

Will the AI tend to acquire a province it can't create a core on as a peace treaty?

No.

Not sure about this at all.The A.I does not understand what is strategically important.

I think this was mentioned #elsewhere on the forum, but could we possibly (or will we) get a DD on AI improvement / AI capabilities? That'd be awesome in many ways.
