Does the AI crisis leader ever maker offers to players?

I know AIs will give other AIs extra offers to entire them to join their side, but do they ever do so for a player? I've never seen it happen.

Also, they seem to be able to add crisis goals for themselves.

It never happened to me but I guess it could because the AI sees the player as already to involved on one side, just as you can see which side an AI is leaning on if the AI "reads" you as being massively leaning on one side they won't make an offer because it wouldn't change much. Very often players are much more agressive in their playstyle than regular AI GP
