I agree and with mods so common it seems odd. However I guess the market reception has to be tested.
Seems like retailer rushed a bit with posting pre-order, but overall it looks legit. Muve.pl is not some kind of scam shop. Indeed, tt looks like pre-order for Polish market includes its own national focuses and country equipment. Here's cached copy of the site.
with Poland being the WWW nation today, i guess we may find out if it does have its own national focus tree.

I don't trust it.
PDS has said that Poland isn't going to have a special focus tree on launch. There was just a Poland based WWW today and not only did Poland still have a generic tree they made no mention of a special regional DLC for Poland.
I don't trust this at all.

Well, we will just have to wait and see, but personally I'm 100% percent positive it's legit. I mean, they got contacted by Paradox to hold pre-orders off untill May 17th, don't you think the info about bonus content came from Paradox as well? Muve never posted anything that didn't turn out to be true, since they're owned by Cenega who is the distributor for whole Poland, meaning they get information directly from main source.
As for the stream, they probably want it to be a surprise when they announce pre-orders next week. During Hungary WWW they once clicked on Poland and it was researching "Standardize Equipment" which wasn't present anywhere in Hungary's tree at that time, meaning they probably had that DLC enabled back then, but disabled it today not to kill the surprise.

Giving away some unit graphics as a DLC incentive is one thing but giving away a whole focus tree doesn't seem like PDX's style. We've had enough of stuff like that with Warhammer already this month.

Republican Spain probably had communist government and the flag changed a la Victoria 2 style.
How is a polish focus tree too important to be shipped as a DLC? Poland is a minor and so its completely fine that the polish focus tree comes as a DLC.
