Better name than Pomorskie is Gdynia, because of every other polish province is named after its "big" city.
Danzing should be named Gdańsk, when Poland owns it (yes, I'm nitpick, I just don't like german name of Gdańsk).
Why do you keep saying Danzing? Its Danzig without an N m8Yes, I wrote about a province, not about Free City of Danzing. And I didn't write it seriously, it was only my simple wish when I looked on the map with polish name of regions like "podlasie". Then i saw "Danzing".

In that the older streams aren't using the newest build (duh) during any stream they are using the newest available build. You have to remember that the WWW do NOT use the most current BETA of the game. It is very likely that either or both of the screenshots you are comparing are no longer current.
So they removed it during the stream? Because he did see the Hungarian focus tree, which should be the same one, in the stream.
@xxroxx_2 Generic Focus trees arent an plain copy and paste for every nation. There are differences in their trees, but they dont include historical nation specific decisions. As daniel said during the latest WWW hungary has one of the strongest generic trees. Names and icons of national focuses also have changed during development.
since it needs to be used by anyone we cant do country specific stuff.
generic doesnt mean copy and paste. yes, the focuses are generic but arent exactly the same for anyone. Country specific stuff is stuff that only one country has, yes, but that doesnt mean that minors cant have slight variations in their trees. Daniel explicitly said that the hungarian generic tree is one of the strongest ones and might has to be nerfed in the latest WWW.The devs wrote multiple times THE generic focus treE. As they used singular I don't think there are different focuses trees for minors.
Also, what is generic is not peculiar, not special and individual.

Maybe Poland started doing "Standardization of Equipment" during the last stream when it still existed, then when the save game was imported from the old version of the game to the new version of the game the name of the focus Poland was working on got taken from the savegame instead of the new version of the game files?
That's pretty much the only idea I can come up with.

You'll likely all call me crazy, but what if that's the dlc for people who preorder/people who did the HoI reference thingy, more NFt's seem more than popular, and I think a lot of people would buy and be happy with...Or they forgot to disable Polish National Focuses DLC. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It's probably too big for a pre-order DLC.You'll likely all call me crazy, but what if that's the dlc for people who preorder/people who did the HoI reference thingy, more NFt's seem more than popular, and I think a lot of people would buy and be happy with...
One focus tree? I don't think so, it's a matter of making one or two events, some modifiers and a logical order. The hardest would be balancing it, but internal focuses just shouldn't be overpowered compared to others and external ones like invading other countries aren't viable for Poland anyways, since they only took a piece of the Czech in te end, and that was oppurtunism, and should not have a place in the tree. It's probably too big for a pre-order DLC.
The most obvious problem here would be, as far as I can tell the game in its current shape doesn't allow diplomatic action where one nation demands another nation to give them another independent nation, no matter what access arrangements there might be between them. Because it simply doesn't make sense. Thus, Germany demanding from Poland to be given "independent nation Danzig" would look quite absurd.First of all, Gdańsk or Danzig, however we call it, should be independent nation that allows Poland to access it militarily. In 1939 Germany demanded not the whole Polish Pomorze Zachodnie (or Westpreußen) but only Gdańsk/Danzig and permission to build exterritorial highway and railway line through the Polnischer Korridor. Obviously had Polish authorities given Gdańsk in, the Germans would have extended their demands sooner or later.
I'd reshape the German focus tree that way:
1) Danzig or war (Polands cedes Gdańsk and only Gdańsk, they keep the rest of Pomorze).
=>
2) Polnischer Korridor or war (Germany CAN demand the rest of the region).
These work-arounds are not that weird, there are multiple states with only 1 province already in game, to name a few: Memel, Gibraltar, Luxemburg, Zaolzie (ok, that one is a two-province state), those ports UK and Portugal have in China and I think some tiny colonies in Africa are also one-province states (Portugal's, Spain's and Liberia).A secondary matter is the game doesn't model terrain on individual city level, so it doesn't really allow to cede "just Danzig" while leaving actual province with its current owner. So step #1 of your suggestion isn't possible. (at least without some weird work-arounds, like turning Danzig/Gdansk into separate province)
