Does Paradox have a discord channel?

If not they need to create one.

I suppose players could make one, but its not the same if the company doesn't make an official server.

Cloud Imperium Games made a channel for their Star Citizen Alpha communications so I don't see why Paradox can't make one too.

Its very useful for patch and bug feedback and a general place where players can chat and use teamspeak like features.

I agree. I've really come to like Discord over the last few months of using it. Very useful for both chatting in text and in voice. Would be great to be able to talk to other Paradox fans whilst doing other things as well.

What would you rather the devs do, make games or chat real time so only those that are on at that moment can hear what they said?

Its very useful for patch and bug feedback

the forum is MUCH better as you know the devs are in Stolkholm, so you would limit feedback to those that have the opportunity to do a voice chat during those hrs, and if you did patch updates there people would constantly be asking the same questions over and over.... cause I know everyone scrolls through the 1000 lines of chat that they might have missed on chat clients.

I think the Discord channel would be more for the community to chat and set up multiplayer games. Not so much communicate with Paradox.
