This is not every time I left click, but its not uncommon for me to click something and nothing happens. Doesn't happen in any other game, mouse is fine. It has a high polling rate, I wonder if non perfect 0 momentum has something to do with it? As in the cursor is still moving by some miniscule pixel. Curious if anyone else has seen this?
Does normal left clicking sometimes just not work for anyone else?

Yep, sometimes left clicks appear to not work properly. Like some clicks don't get registered. When I then click multiple times, at least one of them gets registered.
It happens to me rarely in any Paradox title, when I switch to a new interface window and immediately click there. I take it is a kind of lag while the interface is refreshing. Other than that and in normal game, I don't experience the issue.
There is also the issue that selecting a casus Belli or one of multiple wars to join doesn't work if you click on the middle. For some reason you have to click at the very left and even that can take multiple tries. There is definitely sometimes a fishy feeling with some clicks.
