will england evolve from saxon culture and norman nobility into english culture allround at some point in the game? or will it be saxon forever?

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Slowly, it becomes English. I haven't paid much attention to when it happens, but at least some of the provinces do become English culture eventually.
Seems the events say 1100, and the kingdom ruler must be Norman, to start the sequence of events.
