Does current Paradox sale (as of 12 Feb 2016) of HOI3 include expansions?

Are the three expansions (TFH, FTM, and SF) included in the HOI III collection?

The current advertisement for the Hearts of Iron III Collection states

"This pack includes;

• Hearts of Iron III base game "

And then the ad skips a few lines and has a different line separate from "This pack includes" and lists TFH, FTM, and SF as expansions. Are the three expansions included in the HOI III collection? If the expansions are included, I'll probably buy this game for my friends.

To me, it is still not clear if the pack includes the expansions. Under the heading, "This pack includes", there is one item listed: Hearts of Iron Base Game. Then there is a new heading that lists "Expansions." The hierarchy of headings throws me off. I admit, I'm easily confused about such things.

That list above is the entire shebang for HOI3.

Are all the expansions.

Be warned that -

• Dies Irae Götterdämmerung
• Dies Irae Stars & Stripes

are player made mods that PI experimented with helping players get some money back for their efforts and are only official for specific expansion (can't recall which exactly). But, there is another player made mod that incorporates DI:G and allows play on TFH (last expansion).

The rest are visual dlc for those who use sprites rather than counters in their play.

Pugmak, thanks for the confirmation that the sale is for the whole package. The endstate is that I buy about 7 copies for my friends and we play HOI3 for several days instead of Milton Bradley's Axis and Allies (board game with dice. Lots of dice). I'm assuming that I can make gifts out of my purchases. I suppose I could purchase one copy and see if I can forward it to a fellow gamer.

I have zero clue on the gifting aspect, you might try asking on the Paradox general forum.
