Does anyone know where to find info of Intel bonuses from diplomatic pacts?

As title.

The wiki give an outline of how embassies for example add +20 to Intel for each diplomatic pact, but there are other bonuses you receive for diplomatic pacts, such as Military fleet location for defensive pacts, regardless of Intel level.

Does anyone know where to find a comprehensive list?

Under diplomacy, the agreements section lists the base intel given for each type of pact. The fact that defensive pacts giving military fleet locations isn't listed seems like an oversight. No idea where to find a comprehensive list, but I can't think of any other effects like that.
