Does anyone know if you play with Roman Culture and Hybridize with something or Diverge do you still get the special units in the High Medieval Era?

Most cultural MAAs can still be unlocked if you’re a diverged or hybridized culture that has the original culture somewhere in its ancestry (though the method varies a bit and for hybrids it can depend on what pillars you keep).

The main reason that the roman specific one is different is that at start there are already a whole bunch of cultures descended from roman culture, and it’d not be ideal for all those cultures (or cultures diverged or hybridized with them) to have access to this essentially alt historical maa type.
