Does anyone know how to run Victoria in windowed mode?

Note- Adding -window to the target shortcut will not work.

So Many Questions

Thanks, it worked like a charm, just a few quick follow up questions:
(1.) Why deos it have to be set to 16 bit colour (I tried 32 and as the instructions said the game wouldn't load?
(2.) Is their a way to change the resolution of the game window (it's hinted at in the forums but I couldn't find out how)?
(3.) Why does everything outside the window flicker (it's exceptionally annoying)?

The desktop must be 16-bit color because the game is in 16-bit color. When you run fullscreen the screen resolution and color-depth are changed by the game but this isn't possible with a window. The size of the window is controlled by the game resolution; this is changed using the victoria_settings program or by editing settings.cfg. The only sizes available are 1024x768 and 1280x1024.

Flickering is usually caused by other programs running in the background (virus scanning, instant messenger, etc.).

Thanks I edited the settings file and although the flickering remains with a full screen and another monitor it is tolerable to good. As for the the color being sixteen bits that should have been obvious but thanks for clearing it up anyway.
