I'm fed up with the ahistorically early colonization of most of the world (which is one of the few things to have gotten worse in 1.02) - as most of the areas that are colonizable (and which don't start with claim buildings) were only colonized from 1870 onward I want to turn off the colonial buildings at the start of the game.
I would then re-enable them using techs:
Ironclads would enable Coaling Stations
Mission to civilize would enable Missions & Trading Posts
Manifest destiny would enable Forts (yes I know this tech depends on jingoism)

Obviously some buildings are disabled at startup, but I cannot find where (and am hoping it's not in the .exe)

Anyone have any Ideas?
