I am approaching 1700 AD as a former European OPM monopolizing all of the New World. I have almost 20 times the income as the next richest country in the world and largely role-playing as a colonial power that maintains a sort of splendid isolation from the European power (i.e. only fight over colonies and few continental conquests).
Since I am looking for an exciting end-game, I largely allowed BBB and HRE (Bohemia) their integrity and territorial expansions. What disappoints me, however, is that neither BBB nor Bohemia try to gobble up the rest of the minors around them when they had the 2 strongest armies in Europe by far. Will the revolutionary period shake things up and create a massive HRE or BBB for me to do naughty things on? Or will it just cause the revolutionary target to implode (without human intervention)?
