Well, I think we mainly made this game to stop all the "is this CKII?" in all the other games we announced, so I'd say it's fairly high on the anticipation chart. 
The CD-key is just used for activation on Steam if you have a Steam version, and to register the game here on the forum. So if you have registered, no one else can use it.
