Played a starter game yesterday as Thuringen so I only had the one province to worry about. Now in 20 years game time nothing in the way of "good Harvest" etc has happened. In CK1 things seemed to happen to raise and lower your provinces capabilities all the time. Has this gone or have I just been on the wrong end of the random number generator. My only other thought was whether this was afunction of of the difficulty - I had it on Easiest so that I could learn without being jumped like CK1 used to do?

Any thoughts?
