Do torpedos do anything? Are they worth putting on ships? All they do is raise the IC cost and supply cost? They dont improve ships stats at all?

Am i right or wrong in thinking they are pointless???

I've never used them, as I agree with your analysis of them. Can't say for certain that they have no value at all, but not worth the cost imo.

they are naval brigades in the armageddon add-on of hoi2/doomsday.
