Do these events ever happen?

I've never seen these events (from lordship_events.txt) fire at all:

1092 (crusade aid tax)
1095 (knighting of the eldest son duty)
1096 (pay homage)

I've also never seen event 1156 (sainthood) happen... can events actually trigger for dead people?

Did she get the canonized or saint trait? You can get canonized immediately upon dying, but I've never seen a dead character become a saint.

Yes, but the event where you get the canonized trait doesn't trigger for dead people, it triggers for living people who then die in the event effect.

I have seen 1092, but that was in 1.02.
1095 will fire if you as a count give a county to your eldest son.
