The most predictable and boring region. I run a lot of observe games lately and like others pointed out it's always the same.

The main problem like already pointed out is those 3 Indian great powers always ally each other! In the rest of the world once big countries share border they turn hostile and rival. NOT in India.

New pattern - happened in my Ottoman game and in almost every observe game. 2 or even 3 of them ally with big Persia! In my Ottoman game it was painful to defeat Persia plus huge Delhi and Hindustan (formed by Bahmanis). And guess what - Delhi and Hindustan were allied with huge Bengal. They have 100+ years alliance and common border, everybody are happy.

Only in India and nowhere else !

India is one of my favourite region in the game, it's such a dynamic place with a lot of moderately strong states meaning that a lot can happen, and then you got the option of either eastward or westward expansion. Ming, the Ottomans or a reborn Persian nation will make sure you have plenty of challange once the unfication of India is complete.

I think the hindus should be more likely to group much like the Islamic sultanates do.

80% of the time its a coalition of Islamic sultanates ruling india.
Usually Orissa/Mewar/Viyajaya get swarmed and the sultanates divide india and sit on their alliances
