Basically just wondered if Russia had an event that removes the Tzar from power and turns them into the Soviet Union? I've tried searching online through the Victoria 2 Wiki but couldn't find anything about any events.
Do the Russians have an event turning them communist?

Looking through the vanilla (v3.04) event files I haven't found any entry relating to a "Soviet Union" or "USSR".
So my guess is that without an actual communist revolution (=rebels) overturning the Russian monarchy (=Tzar) it won't happen, however, if it should happen then the new Russian state (RUS_proletarian_dictatorship) would be called "Soviet Union"...

The game sets up Russia with conditions that make an eventual communist revolt (and several other major revolts) very likely, although its success depends on a lot of other factors. The historical success of Lenin's revolution was far from certain, although the overthrow of the Czar by SOMEONE was nearly inevitable under the circumstances (historically, it wasn't by the communists alone), because there were numerous other possibilities which didn't pan out for various reasons that may or may not be valid in your current campaign.
Yeah. No event that I know of, but it's certainly possible via spontaneous revolt. You occasionally see the Soviet Union. However, when I often see this happen, Russia is complete chaos and flips government types every 1-2 years.
It helps them to lose wars and land. There is a good chance russia turns fascist or communist.
