Collectivism provides slavery tolerance and decreases food consumption. If sentient robots consume food, than it's a nobrainer, but if they dont will collectivism decrease their energy consumption? If not, does it mean, that collectivist sentient robots only get slavery tolerance from tolerance?

The Collectivsm food bonus from my understanding is basically saying that the state decides the most efficient way to feed its people. There's a reason why we have enough food in the world for 10 billion people, but 1 billion people are still starving. Robots I'd assume need the same amount of energy regardless, at least to maintain their normal amount of work. It's like saying that because I'm in a society that puts the state above the individual, then my IPhone can only recharge to 50%. Does it work at 50% power? Yes but only for half the time. I don't really see how being sentient would change that matter.

I would assume that food maintenance becomes energy maintenance for robots. And sentient robots will likely need more energy than nonsentient ones. Why?

Well, for starters, specialized machines tend to be more energy efficient, nowadays, than general purpose devices. I don't see this changing much, and a sentient machine is by definition as general purpose as you can get.

In addition, I'd expect self-aware machines to have additional wants, such as extra maintenance, special oils or special chargers (maybe nonstandard voltages/frequencies pleasantly stimulate their artificial synapses, what do we know?), and those will also increase consumption.
But, this would be influenced by Collectivism, as collectivist android would be less fussy about these extras, for the good of society as a whole.

So yeah, Collectivism can give the full bonus for robots.

I wouldn't mind if sentient robots would need to eat. Robots need energy as anyone else does, if they're sentient, their energy consumption should be a lot higher than usual, because they use their artifical brain more. On top of it, artificial robots are subject to increased wear as we are and eating could provide substances to support their artifical muscles, bones and so on. Eating is a pretty efficient way for a body to stay in shape but there is another factor that makes it reasonable for sentient robots to eat - dependency.
