Do saved games work on other computers?

I'm about to get a new laptop and wondering if I can just move the saved game over without starting over.

The steam account will be the same, but the OS is changing from windows 7 to 10. Thanks

Yep. I have been playing on my gaming PC (Windows) and when I travel, I can bring up the game on my Macbook and the most current saves are there to load..

I'll say "Same here". I have a MBP and a Win10 box and the same saves are available to load on both.

As long as you have the steam save games enabled (they're on by default - look in the properties if you're not sure) you should be able to play your game across multiple computers. Everything is sync'd automatically every time you shut down the game.
