Invite a claimant for a kingdom, make him a duke, try and press his claim but it doesn't show up on the options screen. Ok, I'll console command it into a strong claim (which I shouldn't have to because its a regency and a revolt), still doesn't show up to press his claim.
Do revolts for titles prevent one from declaring war for a vassal's claim for that title?
