Do Not own those upgrade dlcs as galaxy edition pre-ordered players

I bought galaxy edition ages ago, but i say that there are two upgrade dlc in store, I think i should have owned them as I pre-ordered galaxy edition. can you contact steam to fixed that problem? it is annoying as it let me feel i still did not own them and need to upgrade.

You do not need those upgrades because you already have the galaxy edition
Those upgrades would only come to play, if you owned "vanilla" Stellaris or Nova Edition Stellaris and you wanted to upgrade to either a Nova Edition or a Galaxy Edition

I think the complaint is that Steam says he doesn't own them, which is technically true even though he owns everything in them, but is misleading when it comes to deciding 'should I buy this'.
