I hope this is the right spot to mention this. If not please direct me. I can not post attachments even though I successfully registered my AoD game in this section.

I find nothing wrong with the settings. What file are you trying to attach? Not all file types and sizes are accepted.

Imageshack = you have to link to the image there.
Attach file = you have to upload it from your computer via the forum file attachment function
