Do Improved overwatch and Watchman 20% bonus stack ?

Even if skills do not stack, they can often apply in paralell. For example, if you got 2 learning centers from 2 Science Landmarks, you get 2 entries for "faster learning: +25% XP" on the units.

So while I have no concrete data (as there seems to be no log to read this out off), I would say experience indicates they stack.
Of coruse the main reason to get Watchman is to unlock ranged Overwatch on weapons (and vehicles!) that lack it.

Regeneration is propably intentionally designed as a buff that does never stack.
But for most unit properties*, they propably never made such a decision.

*It is worth noting that while they seem to operate the same, permanent unit properties and temporary status effects are defined at different places. So other default values and/or default value patterns apply.

Does this mean they do not stack?
To really test that we would need a log that lists everything that affected every attack roll.
Wich I do not think we have.
