Hi,
I'm playing as Albania and given their garbage ideas, I plan on forming Dalmatia. What happens to the missions tho? Do I keep both trees? Or do I lose the Albanian ones and gain (probably generic) Dalmatian ones?

Thanks.

If the country you're forming has its own specific set of missions, then yes, it replaces the ones you had. But if it only has the standard mission set, you keep the old ones.

Note that some formations take that into account, e.g. England into Great Britain retains the old missions but also expands the mission tree a lot.

I don't know if Dalmatia has specific missions. It's a rarely played country so I'm inclined to think it hasn't, but it's probably worth checking before taking the formation decision.

Edit : According to the wiki, Dalmatia uses Croatian missions if it's released from its cores, but in your case, you'll get to keep your previous mission set.

Thanks. I found the wiki article a few moments ago (didn't occur to me to look specifically at Dalmatia) but it's useful to know the general rule.

TIL: Dalmatia has a killer idea set.

I just noticed that the other day while perusing the wiki. I wish they had an achievement associated with them to give me some sort of goal to shoot for! Definitely on my list to play now though.

+10% army morale, +15% trade efficiency and power, +15% infantry combat ability, and -15% core creation? That's a pretty solid lineup

Well, no Dalmatines for me this game because apparently you have to own less than 11 provinces. God damn...
