Do i keep my DLCs if I switch of platform?

Hello!
I am a french player of cities skylines on console (ps4) and I have all the DLCs. Now, I want to buy a PC. Of course, I will pay Cities skylines, but will I have to pay again for the DLCs? Maybe if I log in my paradox interactive account it will keep my DLCs...

It is not possible to transfer DLC's from any console edition to the PC/Mac edition.

The console and Steam versions of the game are written by different studios and sold from different stores - they are effectively separate games. You'd have to get Sony to send your purchase money to Steam, and I just don't think that's going to happen!

You could put your desired items on your Steam Wishlist and Paradox store Watchlist, so you get alerted next time they go on sale at either place.
