Also, maybe you should try to get Denmark and Great Britain on your side. It may be a bit problematic to improve your relations with them, taking your prestige into account (did you convert into Lutheran recently?).
France is a good boi too, but his enemies might join the Catholic League.

I have max improved relations with both Ottos and French. And The Brits have joined my side, but their army isn't big and I'm afraid they might not go out of their island at all
