Do Caravaneers get stuck on a particular trade?

G'day Folks,

I've noticed a Caravaneer trade comes up over and over and over. Am I just unlucky or do the traders get "stuck" offering a specific trade? In a previous game it was cruisers for sale. In my current game, it is Racket pops for alloys.

I had that particular offer ten times in a row since I started to keep track and a few prior that convinced me to track it.

I think so, I've had the same caravaneer for the entire game. Oh but I did receive a special one that offered me waste processing center.

I think so and it gets bothersome. Esp. when you've turned down the same deal 10 times in a row

Last game marauders spawned in between me and the caravaneers. Even though there was a detour to get around them, they spent over 100 years suiciding into them before reaching me...

Most games they seem to suicide into the enigmatic fortress...
