Hello all,

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever seen an AI commander build a residential exploitation in a colony? For various reasons I'd like to see more residential sectors show up in single player games, but so far I haven't seen any outside of my own colonies.

Typically in a game, when i can build a residential my colonies are already developped,
and in order to build such a sector i had to unbuild sector with other specialization,
I had to change organization of my colonies...
i don't thing AI can do that...
