Do AI chase founding a bloodline?

Other than gaining it via warrior lodges I never see AI getting it? :/
do AI chase after them ever?
if not I think especially tribals and nomads should if they get a great ruler and try to reach 5000 prestige (and then focus on 1 possible to achive bloodline or hybrid.1 that no one else has if possible)
feudals should too if they are ambitious and having doing good at where they are.
