Could there be made a DLC pack that would include in the game the Tsardom of Serbia and Bulgaria i mean they included the Russian Empire that was made around 200 years after the game has ended and they included the Empire of Britannia that is close to being the UK so why not add the Tsardoms of Serbia and Bulgaria i mean they both did exsist.

Some think, every Tsardom is a empire... But the Serbian and Bulgarian Tsars are more like kings then emperors. in game terms. And the Kingdom of Serbia and the of Bulgaria is already in the game, yes.

Yes and no. There is a significant enough distinction, though it is smudged as is in CKII. A tsar is an imperial level title (the a basileos in Greek) and comes with a patriarch, rather than a simple autocephalous church. The whole dynamic of being recognised as a king or emperor is lost in CKII, which is a bit of a shame. I.e. the screenshoted Kaloyan was in fact a king (rex) instead of tsar (caesar) and got that title from the pope by entering into an union with the Catholic church. The Serbian kings also pushed a lot to be recognised as tsars, for the added prestige added by the elevation in title. That whole dynamic of politicing is not present in CKII even if the tsardoms would be kept at kingdom level in game terms. There is no sense in having a Russian tsar that was not present during the era, but leave out a very important political goal for the region.

The territory of the Bulgarian Empire is de jure Byzantine, as it should be. Indeed there are Northern ahistorical "empires", but these are all situated in areas where no larger neighbouring empire has a strong imperial claim to their territory.

For all intents and purposes, Norway was more an Empire than Serbia/Bulgaria in the CK2 time period, as they were far more expansionist and none of their territory was claimed by the HRE.

I support the ahistorical empires to a point (Scandinavia, Britannia, Spain and Rus are more legitimate than Francia, which should technically be part of the HRE, perhaps with a potential titular "Francia" to serve as a renamed version of it), but there comes a limit where we have to accept the true nature of each country.

You don't need Paypal to buy the game. I don't know about Steam, but I think Gamersgate has alternative paying methods that are available in Serbia too.

People from small islands on pacific have registered games, so i'm sure it is possible in Serbia too. The only reason that this guy dont want to but legal games is that he is a pirate and he likes to have all dlcs for free (58 posts with no game registered).
Steam and GG have a lot of offers with -75% off so everyone can afford of it.

I'm glad that subforums are blocked to them

Orly? When did the Norwegian sovereigns were internationally recognised as a Caesars of the Norsmen or whatnot? You are mistaking the modern definition of an empire and the historical titulature used during the game's time frame. While the kingdom tier makes sense for Bulgaria and Serbia (and BTW having king vassals for Byz does not), there is a significant enough distinction between the titles in a time where that mattered. While I doubt it would be added as a stand alone DLC, it would have made sense to be a part of LoR.

As a matter of fact neither of those does make any sense. The unification of most of those regions came to be as personal unions and maintaining those would be the point of unification, while the Russian claim of ceasarship is to much out of scope of the game. The only emperor running around those places during CKII was in Spain and that should also be addressed by a separate mechanic. Titles, however empty they may seem to be to you, were of great relevance in the era, something I consider would have been a nice boon to the game.

I made far more than 58 posts before I registered my game. :p How about we, as simple forumites, try to remain polite and not badger others for their choice of registering/not registering the game? If Paradox wants to restrict the forums to people who have irrevocably registered the game, that's their choice. But that doesn't give you the right to be a jerk to whoever does not want to or hasn't yet registered.

i mean they included the Russian Empire that was made around 200 years after the game has ended

Ivan the Terrible crowned himself Tsar in 1547 (94 years after the end of the game). So including the Russian Empire makes a whole lot of sense. Especially since Russia remained a feudal state at that point.

The Empire of Francia is historical too, though maybe it should be like the Latin Empire and not be creatable as long as the HRE exists. Or maybe it should just be considered a precursor to the HRE, and therefore not an own Empire. Either would be fine with me.

I really like the dejure Kingdom of Aquitaine though, and think it should remain in any case.

Russian imperial ambitions stemmed from the idea of the third Rome and the fall of Constantinople. There is no historical precedent for a Russian tsardom before that and considering the fall of Constantinople is the end of CK, I'd say it is more or less out of scope.

The Empire of Francia is historical too, though maybe it should be like the Latin Empire and not be creatable as long as the HRE exists. Or maybe it should just be considered a precursor to the HRE, and therefore not an own Empire. Either would be fine with me.
The titles and land of Charlemagne were pretty clearly inherited, there is no second imperial title for France to take, while the HRE exists or even recreate after a fall of the HRE.

Well not really cause my parents belive they do not need to buy it and waste money on something like that so one reason is that really.

While I dont like people whom pirate games, its none of my business, but when said pirates come to the forums to qq and request features from a game in which they have no stock, well thats a completely different subject, but if you were to buy this game, you could have all the features you want quite easily, not to mention far more.

The titles and land of Charlemagne were pretty clearly inherited, there is no second imperial title for France to take, while the HRE exists or even recreate after a fall of the HRE.

His lands were clearly inherited but his imperial title was not. Instead the change from Frankish Empire to HRE was mainly based on the principle of translatio imperii. And since it is based on translatio imperii they should not be able to exist currently but should still be separate empires.

You are right about Russia though. The Russian Imperial claim was also based on translatio imperii, in their case of the ERE.
