I own everything for PC and even with my account linked to my Xbox live account I only have base console edition. No race packs or anything.

I have a quick question that I believe someone on this forum. It is in regards to the PC though. Do the Stellaris DLCs build on each other or do I just play one DLC at a time? For example if I purchased both Utopia and MegaCorps will the Utopia DLC add on's and advancements be incorporated into MegaCorps?

Let me know if I need to clarify my question.

they're different points of sale, I'm pretty sure you'll have to buy them again for the second platform.
Exactly. They written by a separate developer and sold from separate stores. They are are effectively separate games.

You can mix and match as you wish.

The DLCs are like enabling of features that pretty much already exist in the code on your hard drive.

If you look at patch notes for each DLC you'll see "free" features that everyone gets, with no, any combination, or all DLCs. Then you have DLC specific features that are only enabled if you have that DLC.

If you have all DLCs, all features, missions, events, etc are enabled at once.
