I play CS from 3/4 years and I always wanted a beach dlc/beach life dlc. There would be seaside chalets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and things in general to create a cool beach.
For the seaside chalets there would be a lot of possible things like you place the main building (like in industries dlc) and zone were to build the chalet and it automatically develops. Or you can make it exactly like industries dlc and after the placing of the main building you have to place all the other thingies in order to make it work.
Then you could add customizable piers for all the private boats and yachts of the citizens.
It could be a lot of fun and also a lot cool. Imagine enjoying the peeps having a walk on the beach. It would be lovely.
