How about having the 1% and 0.1% luxury Houses like Beach Condos and Mansions and with it come luxury High Density Comercial hotel and restaurants that grow, selling jewellery and gold (which could be a new resource for Industry’s Expansion)
we could have Luxury yacht’s, speed boats, Canal boats and Garbage barges (that collect rubbish from island’s) also small boats that carry goods to and fro for these islands and main land.
