If you look at the HOI3 DLC on steam, you'll notice it's just all music and sprites. Will DLC for HOI4, hopefully, add things like custom tech trees and etc... Instead of just sprites?

To be fair there is like 10 or 20 dlcs for unit models and music, and 2 or 3 expansions for actual gameplay, so OP isn't too far off.Hoi3 dlc is more than just music and sprites.
You only need soviet music and vodka.

Mmm I disagree, while yeah there's still a lot of unit model and music DLCs, there's a lot more gameplay expansions in proportion to these DLCs in the newer games such as CK2 and EU4.But all paradox games have that.

Fair enough, but I was more talking about the ratio of model and music DLCs to gameplay expansions, of which newer paradox games seem to have a higher proportion of gameplay expansions.Well, yeah. But my point was that there are always tons of model and music DLC's.
