DLC not showing as "In Library"

I got the Pre-Order Pack, Call-to-Arms Pack, and Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack through the Europa Universalis IV signup website before release. So I own all these DLCs and they show up in my DLC list and game. However, Steam says they're not in my library on the Europa Universalis IV page. I would just like this to be fixed. It's not a big deal it just is a little annoyance.

Those are not DLCs per se, but packs containing a few DLCs each. You'll probably find you DO have the component DLCs in your Library, yes?

Yes I have the packs and I have the DLC, but Steam is showing that I don't have them when I go to the EU4 Store page.

I know Steam is showing that you don't own the packs. But it does show you as owning the individual DLCs that make up the packs , right? So you actually have everything you've bought, just not displaying the same way?

Right and I wish Steam would show them as owned. It's annoying.

Perhaps you could log a support ticket with then saying so? That's the only way it will get changed.

Ok I contacted Steam support about it.
