DLC not downloading

I have pre-ordered the game through Gamersgate, I thought when the DLC would disappear from m shelf that they would be included in the game file, but turns out they havent, they have completely disappeared, so I have no DLC despite preordering it through gamersgate, who I thought it was included for

You can download them through the In-game store.

- Start up your Game
- Select the In-game store button
- Dowload/install the DLC's.

Click the game icon.
Game is starting.
On the main screen press IngameStore (next to quick button)
Click Reinstall

Done.
