DLC Not Appearing When Purchased

In September 2017, I bought Stellaris: Explorer Edition (That is the hard-disc copy). On the box, it says it comes with Plantoids and Leviathans. It shows when I launch steam, but when I sync my owned games with Paradox, the DLC doesn't show. Is this a known bug?

Also, I can't load it in the Paradox Launcher either.

In Steam you have to unlock each DLC with a seperate serial number.
Also Steam is notorious being lazy at registering new/bougth DLC. I often had to properly close Steam (inlcuding the Tray Icon) to get it to register that I bought a new DLC.

Note that with Stellaris, DLC is a slight missnomer. 95% of the content for all DLC is always there. The DLC files are usually minimal, to allow conditional code to run.

The My Games page does have some problems like this at the moment, which are being worked on. But they should not affect the game itself.

Also, I can't load it in the Paradox Launcher either.

They should show there for sure. Click on Games then Refresh.

Also run the Sync Owned Items button again, as they should show update your user name here.

The parado Launcehr only finds, what Steam actually downloads. That is a Steam issue first, Paradox not really.

When I bought a DLC on Paradox Shop, I got the Steam key. And from then on it was a Steam issue.
If you buy the DLC on Steam, it always was a Steam issue.

If these DLCs show in Steam they should show in the launcher.

What launcher version displays?

Do these DLCs show in your My Games page?

Did you do a Sync Owned Items, as I suggested before?

They don't, and I did another sync. Launcher Version 1.0 Beta 9

OK, I guess there must be some connection between the My Games page problems and this issue.

I know they are still working on that.

Please use the traditional Steam client to play until that can be fixed.
