I bought Viking Metal, Full Plate Metal, Pagan Fury and Pagan Fury - Warrior Queen on paradoxplaza yesterday. I activated the keys in steam, and steam shows them as "in library", but they aren't shown as available in the game.

I've restarted steam several times, and reinstalled CKII, nothing changes.

I did notice that on paradoxplaza they're clearly marked as windows/mac/linux, but on steam the system requirements are windows only. Is that expected?

The changes Steam released were done so two weeks ago so they shouldn't be the cause according to the tech wizards. Question for you all though, if you open Steam > View > Music Player > Browse Music, can you see the soundtracks there?

In Browse Music i have both pagan furies and full plate metal, but no hymns of revelation. (AFAIR this was bought as a part of ultimate music pack).
