DLC isn't showing in my library?

I need some help from folks who are more computer literate than I am here. Earlier today I thought to come back and play Empire of Sin again after a hiatus. Saw that the new DLC Make it count had come out and wanted to give it a test drive. So I went to the steam store assuming I had to buy it but store said it was already in my library. The only thing in my library though for this game seems to be the main game itself which I had pre-purchased.

So I thought maybe it had already been installed behind the scenes. But nope. When I started the game up there was no sign of the new boss to chose from. Just the old familiar ones. Am I missing a trick here to getting this started with the DLC? Or is the store giving me bad info when it says it's in my library. Not sure what to do here and any advice would be appreciated.

they haven't said. maybe you bought a game version that includes it.

Make It Count is not out yet. Had you pre-purchased an edition that included future DLC?

Yeah, I had bought the deluxe or premium edition....whichever one it was that cost the most. I wanted as much for it as I could get so apparently it includes the new DLC as well once it arrives. Sorry for the confusion.
