That is way way way way way too much out of the time period CK3 attempts to depict.
If some mod wants to try and go there feel free but I struggle to see us ever doing so in the main game, when we did the 700s start date for CK2 it already showed that the mechanics did not fit that period as well as the later start dates and the 400s is even less fitting to what CK does.
