DLC doesn't appear but mods do

I just downloaded the newest version of the Game of Thrones mod. After extracting it to the program files I opened the launcher to see if it had installed correctly. The mod was there along with all my other mods but all the DLC that I've bought was gone. Is this the same problem that is addressed in the FAQ or did I screw something up when I modified the program files?

Alright I fixed it. Just verify the integrity of the game cache and it should work.

The Steam client option verify integity of game cache. Steam had a problem in the last few days that affected DLC, and that should resolve it.
