Hi,

Is there any easy way to check which DLC I have, and which I need to buy? I've got like 70-80% of all DLC, how to check them fast?

Right click on your game in steam library and go to preferences. Or look at your launcher.

Add all DLCs with one Click to your beasket on Staem and delete all the ones that have the already on your account notification.

A few updates ago in steam when you are at the store page, it now shows a sort of...blue ribbon next to the DLC's where you can easily see which one you have/don't have.

All postions are "checked". Does that mean I have all DLC? Also in luncher all listed DLC are checked.

no, that is what you alreayd own. check on the new version on steam to see it easly, ro write down what you DO have and look what's in the store what you dont have based off that.

No the launcher only lists DLC you own. You have to do it through steam, but be aware than the DLC Paradox sells in bundles, like Purple Phoenix, seriously confuse steam, and so it will say you don't own a bundle when you do own all its contents.

It is also a little confusing as 'packs' obfuscate things, for example - the store thinks I'm missing DLC that the launcher knows I have.

There seems to be some sort of bug with this. For example I don't have blue ribbons next to preorder pack, call to arms pack.. etc., but I have bought them.

Since few steam patches ago, i find the best way to check for missing dlc is using the store page.

If there is a blue mark infront of the dlc it means, that you own it (if you hover above it with your mouse it even tells you that, as you can see in the screenshot above art of war).
If there is a white mark it means it's on your wishlist, but you don't own it yet (in the screen e.g. the art of war ebook)

If there is nothing in front of it it means 1) you don't own it or 2)it's a package which you own, but steam can't handle it corectly (e.g. pre-order-pack, call-to-arms-pack, digital extreme edition upgrade pack). For this dlc the only way to check is to look whats inside the package (e.g. in the pre-order pack is 1)100years war-unit-pack 2)purple phoenix expansion) and then look them up manualy in your dlc list (right click on Eu4 in your steam library --->show dlc OR right click--->settings--->dlc) and compare it.
