During the recent Steam sale, I picked up Cities in Motion's complete pack since I'd been wanting the game for a while. I started it up and went into the first campaign option for Berlin. I noticed that it's set in the 1920's to start with, but I have ridiculously "cheat-y" vehicles from the modern era which seems to disrupt the game balance. Obviously no one's putting a gun to my head and forcing me to use these, but is there a way to keep the DLC downloaded/enabled and still run the campaigns/scenarios like they were MEANT to be run? If not, is there a way to get rid of the DLC and download it separately so that I can play through the campaign without it and turn it on for sandbox or later scenarios? The vehicles don't seem to have a "year invented" note that I've seen so I can't be 100% certain if I'm accidentally using a vehicle I "shouldn't."

I know it's an odd complaint but I'd rather win on a completely level playing field, not just self-policing.
